Handgun Basics
The handgun basics course is an introduction to the Concealed Carry (Basic Pistol) course. It is designed specifically for those new to shooting; or uncertain about taking the Concealed Carry course; without paying full price only to decide half way through that it's not for them. This course consist of:
1) State laws
2) Stance & positioning and handgun manipulation
3) After incident procedures
4) Live fire
For those who after taking this course decide that they don't want to move on to the concealed carry course it allows them to minimize the money spent. For those who do decide to take the concealed carry course the cost of the handgun basics is deducted from the cost of the Concealed Carry (Basic Pistol) course; and half of the course curriculum will already be completed. This allows us to maintain customer satisfaction; while simultaneously minimizing waste and expense.
Concealed Carry (Basic Pistol)

We address probable situations with practical responses, not just the bare minimum needed to qualify, if you have any questions or would like to schedule a class just contact us.
The classroom portion of all shooting certifications is now administered online with the added luxury of being self paced. The benefit of learning the classroom portion when and where you choose is that it allows you to take the classes at the pace that works best for you, at the time or times you choose, in whatever place or location that is most convenient for you. Once the online class is completed we administer your core classes; then when you feel comfortable and ready, you take your shooting qualification; and you are done. You have the freedom to break up the class into smaller more convenient pieces. This is part of our commitment to doing everything we can, to provide the best training we can, when and where you choose.

Approximately 9 1/2 hours minimum (including 5 hours online class and 2 hours practice & qualification) depending on class size and student participation.
Personal Defense Classes
There occasions when someone may have completed a concealed carry class; but feel that they may not have received sufficient training. Our one on one instruction covering the lessons of choice from our "Concealed Carry (Basic Pistol) Class" (situational awareness/avoidance & recognition, personal safety with or without firearm or improvised weapons, various carry and presentation options for concealed carry, vehicle based applications, after action procedures (interaction with emergency responders) and techniques based on your specific physical and situational needs) $55.00 hr Private, $100.00 hr group (up to 10 students (as low as $10.00 hr))
