Our Team.

   Our Leadership team

​

     Our leadership team is one of the youngest executive groups in the nation. They also maintain a bank of experienced and trusted executives, entrepreneurs' and business owners giving them access to nearly a century of experience in all facets of business development, maintenance and growth. 

​

     The average age for business executives in the US is 44 years old, 38.8% of them are women, 55.2% are men. The most common race/ethnicity is White 72.7%, Hispanic or Latino 13.0%, and Asian 6.1%, Black or African American 5.6%.

 

     In the beginning the average age of our executive contingent was 24.3 years of age as of 5/9/2021. Their individual business experience began at the ages of 14 Ronald “Frankie”, 14 years old Julius, and 21 years old for Alexander; Ronald and Julius found their niches working for various businesses after school and during summers, Alexander elected to supplement his income as an entrepreneur by way of sales and marketing in the music industry. During and after high school each one worked various full-time and part-time jobs while also working for family enterprises in multiple capacities. Due to their limited executive experience and their desire to NOT be at the bottom of the food chain, each observed the best and worst practices of their past and present employers. At the age of 18 each one began their executive careers with the company and also began forming their pool of verified and trusted councils and advisors from various family enterprises, personal and business acquaintances; amassing access to over 80 years of combined experience.

     Our youth gives us a tangible understanding of, and insight into the social, business and political views and experiences of many of our peers who are aspiring to many of the same professional and business goals. Over time those currently leading the country's business, government, and institutions will be gradually replaced by our peers and contemporaries. We are the future leaders of every business, industry, government and institution in the world; and our preparation for the future is be based on what we are doing now, and those we learn and grow with.

     We also understood that our youth prevented us from claiming the experience and expertise of some of todays leaders. As we transitioned from entrepreneurs and small business owners to our roles as the leaders of the future we need guides through the current business landscape. For this reason we rely on our pool of multiple networks of established and trusted business owners, community leaders and professionals. We take full advantage of the insights of others that started out where we are now; and are now where we plan to be in the future.

     It is our firm belief that by combining our youth with the council and wisdom of experience we have the blueprint for business success that can be applied across the board to most industries. We are literally in the business of helping our partners and associates achieve success in their individual businesses; and we have everything we need to meet our individual goals together.

Ronald A. F. Shands

   In 2015 Ronald took over the position of Chief of operations. His hands on approach to understanding how things work in order best organize, and systematically link processes together to improve efficiency, flow and function is the key to optimizing the teams' strengths and minimizing the impact of individual weaknesses. As President / CEO he has since streamlined our processes across the board. as a result, our expenses have been reduced by 65%, and profit margin has increased by 17%. He has seamlessly blended and balanced manual tasks with automated systems, what we do ourselves with what we farm out to other businesses (our partners, associates, and startups in need of work); even our volunteer and community projects have become more efficient and effective, while becoming significantly less expensive at the same time. He has added to and strengthened the solid foundation that he and his brothers built; and is now guiding the company to a bright and profitable future.

Alexander K. Jones:          

    From April 2011 to July 2023 Alexander was a key member of our administrative team. As the oldest of the three

 brothers, he provided the leadership and perspective needed to make sound and ethical business decisions. Alex is now applying

 his leadership, work ethic and passion to "Simply United Together".

​

Julius R. Shands:

    Even before he officially began working with the team in 2016 Julius was instrumental in helping streamline all of the administrative processes and procedures. His natural ability to recognize potential issues, and formulate and organize steps, 

 processes and procedures to counter them was one of the keys to the success that he and his brothers and this company were able to achieve. As of May 2023, he has moved on to exploring multiple personal business endeavors.

     As business partners and coworkers, they are missed; as son's and brothers we are happy to see them spread their wings, and wish them much success!
